Snozz is an independent iOS application built and operated by an individual developer based in London, United Kingdom. Snozz is not affiliated with Transport for London (TfL) or any other transport operator.

• Your name — entered during onboarding. Stored locally on your device. Used only to personalise your greeting on the home screen.
• Location data — your GPS position is accessed in the background to detect when you approach your chosen stop. Your location is never stored, logged, or transmitted. It is processed in real time and discarded immediately.
• Journey history — a record of stops you have used. Stored locally on your device only. Never transmitted or shared.
• Streak and usage data — your journey streak counter. Stored locally on your device only.

The data Snozz collects is used exclusively to provide the app's core functionality:

• Your name is used to display a personalised greeting
• Your location is used to calculate your proximity to your chosen stop and trigger the alarm
• Your journey history is used to display your recent stops and streak on the home screen

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any purpose beyond making the app work for you.

Snozz requires Always On location access to function correctly. This is because the alarm must be able to fire even when your screen is locked and the app is in the background.

You can revoke location permission at any time in your iPhone Settings. Without location access, Snozz cannot detect your stop or trigger the alarm.

We do not share your data with anyone.

• No advertising networks
• No analytics providers
• No third-party services
• No government or law enforcement (we hold no data to share)

Because all data stays on your device, there is nothing for us to share even if we wanted to.

All data is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's AsyncStorage framework. You can delete all your data at any time by:

• Using the Clear All function in the History screen within the app
• Deleting the Snozz app from your iPhone — this removes all associated data permanently

We do not hold any copies of your data on any server, so deleting the app deletes everything.

Snozz is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since all data is stored locally and no account is required, Snozz's privacy practices are the same for all users regardless of age.

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:

• Access any personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Object to processing of your personal data
• Lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk)

In practice, since all data is stored on your own device and we hold nothing on any server, you have complete control at all times.

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
